The Broncos face the daunting task of replacing the talents of All-District OF, Erik Pesek and All-District 3B, Jack Cadden from the 2009 squad. That’s a lot of defense, pitches, hits, & runs, but Coach Gonzalez is excited about the improvement his team has shown in the offseason, both physically, and mentally. They will be young and will have to limit their mistakes if they are to be successful in the always tough 23-5A.

From the dugout- “We are extremely excited to get the 2010 Baseball Season started.
The Broncos are returning VERY YOUNG group of core players that have the potential to surprise some people in this extremely tough district.
The kids have been working very hard, and we’ve seen a lot of improvement from some key position guys as well as a great deal of maturity from some kids we hope to be our leaders. We are going to be playing a lot of sophomores, and maybe a few freshmen; so if nothing else, this year will be a great building block in our foundation for the next few years. The Bush Bronco Athletic Booster Club 2009-2010 membership and advertisement campaign is off and running and we need your support. Proceeds from Memberships and the 2009-10 Athletic Program ad sales help support ALL George Bush High School Athletic Programs.
The Bronco Athletic Booster Club is dedicated to enhancing Bronco athletic programs through good sportsmanship, positive citizenship, teamwork , and individual commitment. We believe being involved in sports can enrich a child's life and we are devoted to making a difference. The funds raised by boosters help purchase additional equipment and aid athletes in need. The cost of athletic equipment and broad variety of sports we support keep booster club challenged to do all that we can do. The Bronco Athletic Booster Club is dedicated to enhancing Bronco athletic programs through good sportsmanship, positive citizenship, teamwork, and individual commitment. We believe being involved in sports can enrich a child's life and we are devoted to making a difference. The funds raised by bootster help purchase additional equipment and aid athlets in need. The cost of athletic equipment and broad variety of sports we support keep booster club challenged to do all that we can. In order for all athletic programs to benefit, we need to have 100% of the athletes' families join the Booster Club. As a member, you will receive a !0% discount on GBHS merchandise. It is our goal through your support and the Booster Club to provide our athletes with two sports banquets in which all of the athletes are acknowledged and honored by their coaches. With monetary support from our booster club memberships it also helps award one male and one female athlete with $500.00 scholarships to be used at the college of their choice.
So, what can you do? Become a member! For the low ONE-TIME fee of $15 for a single membership or just $25 for a family membership. Corporate sponsorships are $100.
